Home care maintenance will give peace of mind to homeowners, tenants and landlords by offering you the client an electrical safety check. The normal cost to the client of this service would be £100.
This safety check will be a visual and practical test of your electrical installation from the fuse board to the lights, sockets, and fixed electrical appliances. This will give you a clear indication of what you should or should not need to do, to make sure your property is electrically safe.

A home care maintenance plan for a monthly fee of £30 which will entitle you to a yearly safety check plus substantial savings of up to 50% discounts on all services that you use or need such as emergency call out, new installation, replacement fittings, sockets, switches and EICR (Electrical installation condition report).
It is the responsibility of all house owners and landlords to maintain their electrical installation and to make sure they are safe. The EICR replaces the Periodic Inspection, which is recommended for landlords and homeowners to carry out every five years, or when a house is sold or before a new tenant moves in.
